As of the publication of this article, the Internet Archive holds a clean copy of the original, un-fixed Synthage 14 installer (no crack, just the nag screen). Search for synthage14_original_setup.exe . The nag screen is a simple pop-up that says "Please donate." Click "Remind Me Later." This is the safest "free" version. It will work on 32-bit DAWs on Windows 7.
