The motherboard was a Foxconn N15235. To the uninitiated, it’s a meaningless string of alphanumeric soup. To me, it was a ghost.

The header consists of two rows of pins. The top row has 4 pins, and the bottom row has 5 pins (one is a "dummy" or "no connection" pin).
