We do not convert 3d scenes and solid formats such as .step, .iges, .stp, .sldprt etc
Conversion does not apply to collections of models.
On average, requests are processed and completed within 24 hours. It's important to be aware that support resources are limited during weekends and holidays.
Materials in the previews may not precisely match the renders, and you might need to reapply textures in your 3d program.
Rigging and animations may not be retained in certain converted files.
